I’m Cal, a street photographer based in the UK. Most of my street work is of London or New York, two of my favourite cities.
I find street photography a wonderful opportunity to capture the moments unthought of, to turn the mundane into the interesting, to try and capture the life in a place at it's most authentic and true.
Inspired by the work of Fred Herzog, Ernst Haas, Monaris, Billy Dinh and Saul Leiter, I like to try portray the moments I capture like they are scenes from a movie that only I have seen that I am sharing with others for them to enjoy.
